Adoption Process

Puppies are priced according to size, sex and coloring.

 Traditional (black and tan) Yorkie Puppies

Traditional male Yorkies average $4000. 

Traditional Female Yorkies average $4500.

(extra small puppies may be an additional cost)

Parti Yorkies & Biewer Terrier Puppies

tri-colored, (black, tan, & white)

Parti Yorkies and

Biewer Terriers average $4500.

Let's talk, so we can get to know a little about each other and the puppy you are interested in.  You are always welcome to visit, with an appointment, or view the puppy by video, pictures, FaceTime, etc.  At contract signing, I require a 25% non-refundable, but fully transferable deposit, applicable toward your final payment.  Puppies are not considered "held" without a deposit, and no puppies will be released until the final

payment has been made.

Cash, Paypal, Zelle,Venmo or Check are accepted for deposit.

Cash(no checks), Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle balance is due a week in

advance of puppy pickup.

You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal's services, however, there is a

4%  fee added by PayPal.

The puppies I sell are intended to be treasured family pets, and are not sold with breeding rights.  No exceptions!

I reserve the right to cancel a sale, and refund your deposit, at any time.

I keep my babies at least 10-12 weeks.  No exceptions.  Buyers are provided with weekly progress updates, weekly current weight checks &  projected charting size,  as well as current updated photos of their baby.

Puppies generally come home with

~Beginning core puppy shots (depending on age and size)

 ~A health certificate issued by my vet at the final health examination

~A written health guarantee

~Complete records of all shots and vet visits

~A puppy care transition package with food, potty pads, scented blanket, toys and treats 

~Lifetime puppy support

Professional puppy lap nannies are available to out of state clients for an extra fee of approximately $500., if needed.  Nannies are able to hand deliver your new puppy into your arms, at your closest major airport.  The puppy flies with the nanny, and is cared for in-cabin at all times.  You do not pay the nanny until she hands you your puppy.

I am always willing to provide references from my satisfied customers all over the

United States.  I am also able to provide veterinarian reference as well.
